base was prepared with BASE-SEAL BS-100 Liquid Soil Stabilizer and
sealed with TOP-SHIELD TS-100.
BECAUSE BASE-SEAL PRODUCTS WERE USED TO PROVIDE A RUGGED,
TIGHTLY BONDED ROAD BASE, ASPHALT WAS
NECESSARY ONLY TO
A DEPTH OF 3 CENTIMETERS OR 1.2 INCHES!!!
