BASE-SEAL Products were used to stabilized this China road.  The base was prepared with BASE-SEAL BS-100 Liquid Soil Stabilizer and sealed with TOP-SHIELD TS-100.  

BECAUSE BASE-SEAL PRODUCTS WERE USED TO PROVIDE A RUGGED, TIGHTLY BONDED ROAD BASE,  ASPHALT  WAS  NECESSARY ONLY TO
A DEPTH OF 3 CENTIMETERS OR 1.2 INCHES!!!

This was a special test section that utilized the two products on curved and banked roads.

BASE-SEAL BS-100 stabilized road connecting
Vietnam to China (at the border).
Road was sealed with TOP-SHIELD TS-100.
